Hyatt has grown its operations by strategically focusing on attracting and retaining quality personnel, understanding the customer’s need and aligning our core competencies with our customer’s service priories.

Our leadership and management staff offer over 200 years of combined industry and managerial experience.

We are locally owned and operated.

We perform background checks and drug screenings of all new employees prior to employment. Additionally, we perform random drug screenings of our technical employees throughout the year.

Our technicians are well trained and possess diverse technical backgrounds that allow us to consistently support multiple major projects in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

To assure that our technical personnel is readily identifiable; all Hyatt employees are required to wear company logo attire and company badges when working at or around our customer’s premises. At Hyatt, our professional image and the customer’s security is premier.

Our technical staff is dispatched from their homes by Hyatt’s in house dispatchers. We have the capability to respond to our customer’s 24X7 based on business demands.

Hyatt’s in-house dispatch center is staffed with experience bilingual customer service personnel who are proficient with Microsoft Office products. Our dispatchers are well trained and use system interfaces to some of our largest customers dispatch and billing systems.
