“Ideally Hyatt would like to see its Safety and Accident Prevention Program evolve and mature to a point where the employees themselves implement the process, observing each other and providing non-threatening feedback to strengthen safe behavior” commented Phil.
It's an approach that's good for morale because everyone's on the same page, speaking the same language, in a safety culture in which employees mutually support and comply with. |
